Bidding Terms and Conditions
Dear bidders,
Every legal and physical entity, including entrepreneurs, meeting the requirements of purchasing documentation is invited to bid.
CPC delivers purchasing procedures via:
- Auctions;
- Tenders;
- Requests for quotation;
- Requests for proposal;
- Purchase from a sole supplier (contractor, provider).
Purchase requirements, including the procedure of purchase preparation and delivery (including purchasing methods) and the conditions of their application,
the procedure of determining and justifying the initial (maximum) contract price, contract price for a sole supplier (contractor, provider),
the procedure for contract execution and implementation, as well as other purchase-related provisions are specified in the Purchasing Regulation.
Please note:
CPC Purchasing shall not be deemed competitive or public tender bidding and shall not be regulated by the Russian purchasing legislation (including Federal Law No. 44-FZ of 05.03.2013 "On the contract system in the sphere of procurement of goods, work, services for accommodating state and municipal needs", Federal Law No. 223-FZ of 18.07.2011 "On procurement of goods, work, services by certain types of legal entities" and other regulatory legal acts), as well as the provisions of Articles 447 - 449.1, 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and articles 910-916 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and do not constitute obligations for CPC established by the aforementioned regulatory acts and articles, including the obligation to conclude a contract on a mandatory basis with the successful bidder or reimburse them for any expenses, incurred in connection with the bidding.
